Trans Matters Now (TMN) is a grassroots initiative which began as “Trans Lives Matter”, a non-profit in Seattle, WA, in January of 2012.
Trans Job Connect began as a community outreach, in September 2017.

What We Believe
TMN seeks to provide a reliable outreach to the transgender population across the U.S. with services that matter. TMN seeks to be a network of services to fulfill vital needs that play a major role in survival, self-empowerment, and sustainability. TMN identifies that systemic discrimination and oppression exists for people within the transgender community, especially for those who are also BIPOC. Intersectional marginalizations make it more difficult for a person to get the services they may require; TMN seeks to serve those each month, who have the highest percentage of marginalization.
