Self Care Is Often Things You Enjoy

Self care is simply anything you do to take care of yourself. Self-care describes everything you do deliberately for your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

Self care is being kind to yourself, recognizing when it's time to take a break, and doing something to re-fuel yourself.

Self-Care Everyday

Self-care should not be considered a reward. Self care should be done everyday, and is a crucial component to living a balanced, manageable life.

Changing the conversation in your mind is important! Remind yourself, you need time for yourself.  Caring for yourself is an active choice that prioritizes your health and happiness.
